I am a cross-border banking, finance, and technology law consultant shaped by education and work across Pakistan, the UK, and the United States.
I am currently pursuing an LL.M. in Banking & Financial Law at Boston University School of Law, with a focus on fintech, financial regulation, and emerging technologies. My experience spans fintech practice, policy-facing legal work, and professional legal institutions, including work with the Boston Bar Association.
I also serve as a permanent cabinet member of the Pakistani Young Lawyers Association, mentoring and supporting young lawyers navigating an evolving legal profession.
I am interested in one question above all: how law can keep pace with technology without leaving people behind.
More About MeMy journey began with a strong commitment to justice and an eagerness to understand how law interacts with technology and finance. As a student ambassador with the Boston Bar Association, I've gained firsthand experience collaborating with legal professionals, organizing community initiatives, and advocating for ethical legal practices.
I believe law should empower individuals and communities, especially in areas where technology and policy intersect.
