When a Refund is NOT Applicable

Our 100% Money Back Guarantee becomes null and void in any of the following cases:

  • The client changes their mind after the project has started.

  • The client decides to hire another service provider after work has begun.

  • The client has requested revisions or modifications on the initial designs.

  • The client approves any part of the design (e.g., logo or layout).

  • The client receives the final files or deliverables.

  • The project is delayed due to lack of communication, missing content, or client inaction.

  • The scope of work changes after the project has commenced.

  • The design work has been used or published by the client or a third party.

In all the above cases, 100% satisfaction is guaranteed, but a full refund will not be applicable.

When a Refund is Applicable

We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee only if:

  • The client provides a clear brief and direction for the project at the start.

  • Our design team fails to meet the brief after multiple attempts and revisions.

  • All initial concepts are rejected by the client with valid reasoning.

  • The rejection is based on a clear mismatch between the client’s provided direction and our delivered work.

In such cases, we will process a full refund, no questions asked.

Refund Process

To request a refund, the client must:

  1. Submit a written request via email to support@vdotech.co.uk within 7 days of the initial delivery.

  2. Provide specific and reasonable feedback for rejecting the work.

  3. Confirm that no design files have been used or published.

Final Notes

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion depending on the stage of project completion.

  • VDoTech reserves the right to reject a refund request if we find the policy has been violated.
